Set to launch on May 15, 2024, in the LEGO Shop, it will be priced at €199,99/$199.99. While this may seem steep for an Art set, it boasts an impressive 3091 pieces. LEGO Art 31212 The Milky Way uses a building technique that creates a 3D effect. The base of the set consists of transparent purple tiles, while the central part protrudes above the frame thanks to a combination of bricks, plates, tiles, flower elements, and more. With at least ten different colors, an abstract artwork is created that reflects our galaxy. The model has a width of 75 cm and a height of 45 cm. The set also includes some ‘Easter eggs’, such as a hidden alien figure and a sign with the text “You are here”. Furthermore, there is a special soundtrack available, which you can listen to while building.
