New LEGO Star Wars sets for March 2024 unveiled (75375, 75376, 75377, 75379, 75387)

Today, LEGO officially announced all Star Wars sets for March 2024. Over the past weekend, we already shared the first images of two sets: LEGO Star Wars 75379 R2-D2 and 75387 Boarding the Tantive IV. Now, the sets LEGO Star Wars 75375 Millennium Falcon, 75376 Tantive IV, and 75377 Invisible Hand have also been unveiled. This trio is part of the LEGO Star Wars Starship Collection, now totaling four sets. All new sets will be available for pre-order later today. Below is the complete overview.

LEGO Star Wars (March, 2024)

This year marks the 25th anniversary of the collaboration between LEGO and Star Wars. At the LEGO booth at the Spielwarenmesse, the International Toy Fair in Nuremberg, a life-sized LEGO version of R2-D2 made of 27,797 bricks is on display. The life-sized R2-D2 build will travel throughout Europe and the United States during 2024.

LEGO Star Wars 75375 Millennium Falcon

Last year, the Super Star Destroyer Executor (75356) in microscale was released, and this new series is set to replace the Star Wars helmets, for which no new models will appear this year. On March 1, 2024, LEGO Star Wars 75375 Millennium Falcon will be available in the LEGO Shop for €84,99/£74.99/$84.99. The display model consists of 921 bricks and does not include minifigures. Builders can place the Millennium Falcon on a black stand with a nameplate. Additionally, the set comes with a LEGO Star Wars 25th Anniversary brick. The Millennium Falcon measures 13 cm in height, 24 cm in length, and 19 cm in width.

LEGO Star Wars 76376 Tantive IV

The second new model in the Starship Collection is the iconic LEGO Star Wars 76376 Tantive IV. This 654-piece set will also be available on March 1, 2024, and will cost €79,99/£69.99/$79.99 in the LEGO Shop. The model includes a black display stand, a nameplate, and a LEGO Star Wars 25th Anniversary brick. Minifigures are not part of the set. The Tantive IV measures 15 cm in height, 32 cm in length, and 11 cm in width.

LEGO Star Wars 75377 Invisible Hand

The third model in the Starship Collection is General Grievous’s ship from Episode 3, the Invisible Hand. LEGO Star Wars 75377 Invisible Hand consists of 557 bricks and is 30 cm long. The model will be available from March 1, 2024, in the LEGO Shop for €52,99/£46.99/$49.99. The Invisible Hand is the only set among the newly introduced spaceships to feature a play function: the ship can disassemble to recreate the scene at the beginning of Episode III where Anakin attempts to land the ship on Coruscant. The model is 17 cm in height, 30 cm in length, and 9 cm in width. Furthermore, the Invisible Hand (75377) will not be available at every retailer but will be kept exclusively for LEGO’s key partners.

LEGO Star Wars 75379 R2-D2

The current LEGO Star Wars 75308 R2-D2 is expected to retire by the end of 2024, but a smaller successor is already in the works. LEGO Star Wars 75379 R2-D2 is set to debut in March 2024, with a recommended retail price in the LEGO Shop of €99,99/£89.99/$99.99. Despite its smaller size (1050 pieces), it retains all the features and functions of the larger model, including an information plate where a miniature version of R2-D2 can be placed. Additionally, LEGO Star Wars 75379 R2-D2 comes with an exclusive minifigure of Darth Malak from Star Wars: The Knights of the Old Republic. The minifigure has a separate stand featuring the 25 Years of LEGO Star Wars logo.

LEGO Star Wars 75387 Boarding the Tantive IV

LEGO Star Wars 75387 Boarding the Tantive IV consists of 502 pieces and includes seven minifigures: Darth Vader, two Stormtroopers, two Rebel Troopers, Captain Antilles, and ARC Trooper Fives. The model itself depicts the corridor in the Tantive IV, showcasing the iconic opening sequence of Star Wars: Episode IV, where Darth Vader boards the spaceship to secure the Death Star plans. The diorama is approximately 22 cm long and would thus be considerably smaller than other sets from the Diorama Collection. Boarding the Tantive IV will have a recommended retail price of €54,99/£49.99/$54.99 in the LEGO Shop.
